To reset your DrivePro Body camera, please follow the steps below.
1. Download the DrivePro Body Toolbox: https://www.transcend-info.com/Support/Software-184/
2. Launch the DrivePro Body Toolbox.
3. Click "Tools."
4. Select "Reset All Settings" or "Erase All Contents and Settings."
*Note: Resetting all contents and settings will clear all data from the DrivePro Body. Please make sure you have a backup first.
